Getting Started

Step 1: Create Your Account

To begin using Postello.io, you'll need to register with your email address.

  1. Visit the registration page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a verification email
  4. Click the verification link to activate your account

Step 2: Get Your API Key

After verifying your email, you'll receive your API key. This key is essential for accessing the platform's features.

  • Your API key will be displayed after verification
  • You'll also receive the key via email for safekeeping
  • Keep this key secure - it's your unique identifier
  • Use this key for all your interactions with the platform

Step 3: Navigate to the Generator

Once you have your API key, you can start generating content.

  1. Click on "Generator" in the navigation menu
  2. Enter your API key if prompted (this will be saved for future sessions)
  3. You're now ready to create optimized content!

Creating Content

Option 1: Use Trending Topics

Create content based on what's currently trending.

  1. Select the "Trending" tab in the generator interface
  2. Browse the list of current trending topics
  3. Filter by category if desired (Technology, Entertainment, Business, etc.)
  4. Click on a trending topic to select it

Option 2: Custom Content

Create content based on your own ideas or specific messaging.

  1. Select the "Custom" tab in the generator interface
  2. Enter your content idea, announcement, or message in the text field
  3. Be as specific as possible for best results

Select Target Platforms

Choose which social media platforms you want to generate content for.

  • Check the boxes for your desired platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • By default, all platforms are selected
  • You can deselect platforms that aren't relevant to your needs

Generate Content

Process your request and create optimized content.

  1. Click the "Generate" button to process your request
  2. Wait a few seconds while our AI creates optimized content
  3. Review the generated content for each platform

Using the Results

Review Generated Content

Examine the content created for each platform.

  • Navigate between platforms using the tabs
  • Each result includes the main content, recommended hashtags, and posting time recommendation
  • Review the engagement prediction to understand potential performance

Copy and Use Content

Transfer your optimized content to the respective platforms.

  1. Use the "Copy" button to copy the full content including hashtags
  2. Paste directly into your social media platform of choice
  3. Optional: Make any final adjustments to match your brand voice
  4. Post according to the recommended timing for optimal engagement

Regenerate if Needed

If you're not satisfied with the results, you can create new variations.

  • Use the "Regenerate" button on specific platform tabs to get a new version
  • Free users: Remember you have a limit of 2 generations per day
  • Premium users: Generate unlimited variations until you're satisfied
